Hot Air Generators, with gas burners produce, by direct or indirect heat, the large quantities of hot air required by industry. Their short, distributed flames guarantee an exceptional performance-to-size ratio. As safety measure, their correct operation is independent of the hot air flow rate.
Two modes of operation are available:
- Constant air flow rate/temperature controlled according to demand
- Constant temperature / air flow rate regulated according to demand (this mode allows more innovative manufacturing processes)
In some cases, it may be preferable to not mix the exhaust gases with the hot air produced. It is necessary to heat the process air through an exchanger. Compact Gas Exchangers combine an industrial gas burner and a bundle of exchange tubes in a unit that is perfect size.
- From 10 kW to 20 MW, according to the model
- Natural gas, Butane, Propane
